The Croatian Salsa Festival Pool Party is unique in the Global Salsa Event Calendar.

The finale of five days of Salsa, Merengue, Rueda, Bachata, Kizomba and dancing and parties until dawn.

At a temperature of 35 degrees, it is not long before the dancing is in the hotels, on the grass and even in the swimming pools.

Oh Boy wherever you look they are bikini and swim suit bodies dancing, jumping , gyrating and having fun fun fun!

The fun and enjoyment is infectious.

Indeeed , the Godfather of Salsa was once hear to say

”If you have never ever been to the Croatian Salsa Festival Pool Party before you die, then truly you have never ever lived”

Probably a statement that will go down in History as much as the Godfathers wise advice to all dancers-

”Remember you are only young twice”

Well , be young again watch this video, and see me again next year at the festival.

and you never know, dance me, and you might be on next years video.

Why?

The Croatian Salsa Festival Pool Party has just got to be one of the best salsa parties in the world.

British Airways First Class Review A Review of The Poor Service By British Airways at Terminal 5

http://ift.tt/1oOGHUo British Airways First Class Review- Does British Airways really provide a first class service at Terminal 5…Does British ASirways find it accepatable to have passengers standing in a line for seven , yes seven hours, for to get a flight connection, with just one drink of water and a sandwhich?, and 75% of British Airways Check in Desks not used because of staff reductions?, and Surely Britsih ASirways needs to review their customer service when a clasim form, and a letter asking for an explanation IS NOT REPLIED TO IN SIX WEEKS! BRITISH AIRWAYS you must review your operating guidelines… you would not treat animals like this.. you must review your operational capacity, and I am afraid it compounds your probalem when you dont bother to reply to customers problems, Its time British Airways reviewed whether its admin in terminal 5 is fit for Purpose? Why? What is the reason for my complaint against British Airways Admin at Terminal 5? Well , on 28th July 2014, There was a thunderstorm in the morning… and British Airways was in CHAOS…. connection from Newcastle 40 minutes late in arriving at British Airways Terminal 5… then made to wait on the tarmac at terminal 5 for almost an hour for a loading bay… so most of us missed our connection flight… and told to queue get another flight arranged…I WAS KEPT WAITING WITH HUNDREDS OF OTHER PASSENGERS IN TERMINAL 5 FOR OVER 7 HOURS TO GET TO THE FRONT OF THE QUEUE!!! YES SEVEN HOURS OF WAITING IN A LINE AT TERMINAL 5, worse still at ten o’clock at night told that ALL HEATHROW AREA HOTELS WERE FULL, surely it s time for British Airways to Review their service… …THE QUEUE FOR HOTELS BOOKINGS AT TERMINAL WAS HUGE, AT LEAST AN HOUR WAIT… AND THE WAIT FOR A TAXI AT BRITISH AIRWAYS TERMINAL 5 WAS IN EXCESS OF AN HOUR AS WELL!!!..My complaint is not only on behalf of the hundreds of passengers after me, probably forced to sleep on the floor that night, but the British Airways Terminal 5 staff who I feel sorry for, hopelessly understaffed and stressed to deal with traveller’s and families desperate after waiting endless hours.I am sorry, as a customer of some 30 years, this is shoddy service…. not befitting of a company that claims to be world class…. World class companies don’t treat their customers like this. BRITISH AIRWAYS, I HAVE NO INTENTION OF BOOKING AN AIRLINE FLIGHT WITH THE POSSIBLILTY OF HAVING TO STAND FOR SEVEN HOURS AND THEN EVEN FACE THE PROSPECT OF SLEEPING ROUGH ON THE FLOOR OF TERMINAL 5 LIKE A VAGRANT… OK , I used my own initiative and managed to get a hotel room at midnight…thank you…Please Review British Airways your staffing levels and admin… …THANKS TO BRITISH AIRWAYS AND TERMINAL 5 ADMIN, my bucket list dream holiday seemed to be in tatters… ill with dehydration for two days afterwards and worse still… the connections to make the holiday of a lifetime in jeopardy… I feel really annoyed at the poor service and admin at British Airways Terminal 5, worse still, these problems of long queues plagued the opening of British Airways Terminal 6 years ago. Then on TV the Chief Exec. Willie Walsh promised they should have planned better, but they had learned the lessons…and British Airways would review their operations at Terminal 5…seems to me that we must have slow learners in British Airways… just how long does a review take in British airways ???Or is it the review of staffing meaning 20% cuts to staff and allegedly the fact that British Airways Staff told me that they don’t have any payment for overtime, so they is little goodwill??? Worst of all after 7 hours. only 25% of the check-in desks working… and hundreds waiting after me… British Airways Terminal 5 review now, you really see m to have a problem in staffing… Service like this is just not acceptable. British Airways Terminal 5 does not have appear to have the capacity to deal with any thing out of the ordinary.. or is it just that World Class Airline is unable to cope with anything out of the ordinary… if that were the case… If I was Chief Executive and was asked if the admin was fit for purpose… I would have great difficulty disproving that statement .I urge you to voice your disapproval by liking this… public pressure is the only thing that will change this poor state of affairs……British Airways Terminal 5 really has a problem in staffing… British Airways should review their service to the public… Service like this is just not acceptable.

Cullercoats Beach Artist Peter Flanagan Paints Cullercoats Harbour Whitley Bay

http://ift.tt/1vBrvPB Cullercoats Beach Whitley Bay.. Cullercoats Harbour being painted by Peter Flanagan a painter from Hexham. Northumberland. Enjoy this study of Peter painting on October 2nd 2014 . The Cullercoats Colony of artists was active from about 1870 to 1914. It wasbased around Cullercoats fishing village, near the Whitley Bay. The artists were attracted by the villagers’ traditional way of life and their close-knit community. The Cullercoats artists painted fisherfolk, local workers, and the coast. They often made painting studies on the spot to capture the light of the scene as naturalistically as possible. The group was similar to other artists’ colonies in Britain and Europe at the time.In past years, many artists of renown lived and worked in the village. America’s greatest painter Winslow Homer (1836 – 1910) originally a rural painter, became a seascape painter because of the time he spent in Cullercoats from 1881 – 1882. While at Cullercoats, he stayed in room 17 at the Hudleston Arms now the ‘Bay Hotel). He used as a studio occupied by Miss Carrick, the daughter of Thomas Carric. He was a miniature painter and his invention of painting his portraits on marble instead of ivory, gained a considerable reputation during the Victorian era.

St Mary’s Lighthouse Whitley Bay -Autumn Glory-The Healing Light-St Mary’s Island Whitley Bay

http://ift.tt/1rujaOi Whitley Bay St Mary’s Lighthouse. Watch this incredible scene unfold on the beach at Whitley Bay… an old man walking alone…watch this carefully…. I called it ‘The Healing Light’ …The Miracle of the Healing Light… Was it Was it the beauty, was it the view, or was it the Healing Light that made him throw his walking stick into the sea? Was it a Miracle? Maybe we will never know…But I was lucky enough to capture it… Watch this amazing autumn scene unfold at dawn on the beach at Whitley Bay, at High Tide near St Mary’s Lighthouse Whitely Bay. As the sun slowly rose in the early morning , the beach in front of the famous lighthouse was deserted, except for one old man, who slowly walked past the camera, with his walking stick. I was fortunate to capture this incredible moment of joy. Watch it, this is just amazing. The famous Lighthouse on St Mary’s Island Whitley Bay is historic and inspirational. Originally built to warn of the treacherous rocks, the scene of many a shipwreck on St Mary’s island, it offers unrivalled views of the famous Whitley Bay beaches and coastline. Whitley Bay and Tynemouth have one of the best sandy beaches not only in the north east but also the U.K. Often a haven for artists photographers and bird watchers who love one of the finest views on the North East Coast, St Mary’s Lighthouse ,St Mary’s Island and the wonderful beaches.
